Faux Food
The kitchen is often referred to as “the heart of the home” and for that reason By Jodelle, Ltd. focuses heavily on the décor used in this area. Faux food is simply that extra touch that makes the space relatable. We custom design our faux food to complement the color palette of the décor and put a spotlight on a potential life experience a future homebuyer could enjoy. Cookbooks inspire many of the creations. Some of the pieces leap directly from the pages. Complimentary smells can be added to boost the overall experience.
Table Settings
Depending on the overall space of the dining area we can go simplistic or choose from one of our table groups. We have designed and often hand-sewn several table settings around color and theme to set a specific mood. They are meant to inspire buyers touring the property to think about the home in relation to their own personal taste and come away from the experience with ideas to recreate what they just felt.
Floral Arrangements
Most of our florals are arranged by our artists to purposefully accent specific room décor and color themes. Some are designed to be centerpieces, some bathroom accents and others to simple bring life to the space through greenery.
Wall Art
Artwork simply placed on a wall to take up space may have the same colors, but often uses different painting and drawing techniques. The eye will pick up these subtle differences. A cohesive flow of complementary art is especially important in an open concept area. By Jodelle designs many of our original pieces around bedspreads and rugs to create a feeling of harmony.
