Signage is often provided through your brokerage firm using their colors, logos and messaging.  This is great for the realtor just starting out.  A long-term goal should be to develop your individual signage to further define your brand and make your listings stand out.  It is also something that will stick with you for the long-haul if you ever decide to switch brokerage firms or service a different real estate market.
