We chose to place the main seating area in front of the red brick fireplace since it set the mood for the space.  We picked colors that would draw out the rich tones from the brick.  A secondary seating area was placed by the windows to define the use of the space. For this property, we also assisted the homeowner in some design choices for the property.  We recommended painting the yellow oak trim and wood staircase a nice modern white.  A neutral beige was also chosen for the wall color.
