We have room packages that fit your budget.
Home staging packages can start with a few select items or include multiple rooms. Our TLC bundle is perfect for the client who already has a modern and minimalist design. They obviously will need very little help. A few holes left from removing personal items may need to be filled with décor or a piece of art may need swapped out. All packages are custom tailored to the seller’s needs and are priced accordingly. This service is available along with the purchase of a photo package or something of similar value.
Room packages include three or more rooms and one to two baths. Quotes reflect the amount of furniture and décor booked and the size of the home. All packages include the placement of furniture and décor in the agreed upon rooms and the removal when the listing is sold. Our furniture and decor, when not already booked, is included with the room package at no additional charge. If it becomes necessary to rent furniture, rental fees that extend beyond the first month will be additional.

Bundles and By-the-Room pricing are not shown above. Bundles and packages include the use of our furniture and decor for one location until the property is sold. There will be an additional cost if it is necessary to rent furniture from an outside source.
