We are post processing magicians.
We can make cars in driveways and cameras in mirrors disappear. We can straighten walls. We can paint in a beautiful sky, add fire to a fireplace and put a screenshot on a TV. And quite possibly the most incredible feet of all, we can combine multiple shots together to make one stunning magazine quality image using hand brushed artistry and masking tools.
It all starts with a good photo. This can drastically reduce post-production time. State of the art equipment is crucial to the overall quality of the shot. Flash lighting and the knowledge of where to direct it and what Kelvin temperature scale to use are important. Real estate photographers at By Jodelle, Ltd. will always use a top-quality camera and a wide-angle lens to grab as much detail of the room as possible. We connect our camera to an iPad remotely to address lighting issues and notice items that shouldn’t appear in the shot that may have been overlooked in the staging process. A stable tripod is also important when shooting “flambient” due to the multiple layers that are required to build the final photo.
Once these photos are captured, it is back to the editing room. By Jodelle, Ltd. uses the world’s best imaging and graphic design software for all our photo editing including Photoshop and Lightroom. All our professionals are well versed in post-production technology. Each “flambient” and bracketed photograph is meticulously hand painted to achieve the best results.
