Social media is one of my favorite forms of advertising.  The fact that it is “social” makes it the closest thing to building a personal sphere with family, friends, potential buyers and clients.  Your followers on social media get to know you and trust your real estate expertise over time.  They have let you into their personal space through their phone, computer or television, and share a common interest or need for information.  To stand out and connect with viewers in this forum, you must have creative content, be direct and time sensitive, demonstrate professionalism and display what I call “eye candy.”
