They get to hear why they should choose you to market their next listing straight from their new realtor’s mouth. It’s also a hands-on demonstration of your modern approach to digital marketing. 1. Consultation
We start with the client interview. We ask specific questions to bring to light your personal unique marketing approach and qualifications.
2. Script Writing
We then write a one-minute script that details your message in a similar tone to your personal communication style. At this time we will also decide on the timeline for the project and the location for the shoot.
3. Teleprompter
We use a teleprompter to make you feel at ease. It scrolls in response to your audio. It is helpful to read the script on your own a few times before coming, but we understand that the first take will not usually be the best. It takes time to start sounding natural. We are experts at coaching clients through this process.
4. In-house Studio
We have built a beautiful studio that has multiple backgrounds and staging setups to choose from. We can also shoot at your personal location. Our studio lighting is portable, and we use soft boxes to make facial features appear smooth and youthful.
5. Popular Add-ons
Movement within the video, whether it is from multiple angles or words appearing on the screen engages the viewer. We provide several ways to improve the quality of the presentation including music, watermarks, sales copy on screen, thumbnails and animations. (The image is an example of a thumbnail.)
6. Obtaining QR Code
After uploading your video to your website or a video platform, you will need to obtain a QR code for the URL. There are several options and providers to choose from ranging from completely free to a nominal yearly subscription. We can help you choose the best option for you.
