We recommend transitioning from a visual image of yourself to voice only and back to yourself to maintain most of the emphasis on the property while introducing you, “the realtor,” to the buyer.
A Walk-through video escorts potential buyers right into the property unlike any other medium. The goal is to show the relationship the property has to local amenities, the size of the property, the outdoor features of the landscape and the exciting aspects of the indoor living area. The producer sets the mood and control the reaction through the music, colorization, and the pace of the tour. They also provide continuity between rooms by setting the order, demonstrate the functionality of each space, and draw attention to unique selling features with camera angles and text.

A more economical approach.
A very economical approach to the walk-through video is a “By Jodelle” hybrid of the slide-show presentation. We have a package that starts with footage of the realtor inviting the prospective buyer on a tour of the property. Photos of the property are laced together in the order of your walk-through and the selling points are narrated by the realtor. Movement is created by zooming in or out from the photograph. Text can be added easily to the photos to give the realtor’s input. This is a great tool for social media campaigns or a point of purchase presentation. It is very user friendly to watch and holds the attention of the buyer better than traditional photos alone.
