Your photographs for your listing are a valuable tool in selling a property. It is important that the necessary photographs are captured. That is why we discuss the shot list with the realtor before every photoshoot and customize a package to reflect the desires of the realtor and the amenities of the property. We also assist the realtor with photo selection and presentation order upon request. Here are some of the types of shots that could be included in your photo package.
The 9 types of photos:
Show the space. These types of shots are included with every package. They define the purpose of each area and give the buyer a pre-tour of the property.
Relative space. Often it is important for a buyer to understand how a space relates to an adjacent space. These shots fit that need.
1st Person. These shots are often taken over a sofa when indoors or over patio furniture when outside. They illustrate what it is like to live in the space.
View shots. These photos can be taken from inside the home looking out a window or from the exterior of the property. They are especially important for luxury listings.
Detail shots. It is important to highlight sellable features of the home like high-end appliances and fixtures, grand staircases and unique amenities. These photos are typically included as needed for mid to higher priced listings.
Welcoming Shots. Taking a closeup of the entrance to a home with either the door closed or open to a grand entrance can be very welcoming. These photos could also include a marquee or entrance sign to a subdivision.
Community Shots. Common amenities for a home, townhome or condo could include a nearby park, a community pool or recreation area, or shopping center.
Twilight Photos. Captivating images that grab the moment when the sun sets below the horizon line can really show off a property. They are a unique blend of warm tones, cool hues, and beautiful skylines.
Drone. Aerial shots can be very impactful for an opening shot. Drone, however, should be more than a Google satellite view. The most impactful shots are taken around 30 ft. high and capture the details of the structure along with the surrounding topography.
TrueColor Photo Packages
Packages are priced according to square footage, the number of bedrooms and additional shots requested by the realtor. A price sheet is available upon request.
Basic: 1-to-2-bedroom homes less than 2,000 sq. ft.
Standard: 3-to-5-bedroom homes between 2,000 and 4,000 sq. ft.
Luxury: 4-to-5-bedroom homes with many upgrades to showcase between 4,000 and 5,000 sq. ft.
Custom: Larger listings greater than 4,000 sq. ft. with numerous rooms, amenities, upgrades and views.
